Baettr Xuzhou has reached an important sustainability milestone with its compressor station receiving the National Grade-1 Energy-Efficient Compressor Station Certification, the highest national standard for compressor station energy performance in China.
The certification recognizes the successful completion of a major energy-efficiency upgrade that has significantly improved both operational performance and energy consumption at the site.
It also makes Baettr Xuzhou the first company in Xuzhou City to achieve this certification, establishing a new benchmark for industrial energy performance in the region.
Investing in More Sustainable Manufacturing
As industries across China accelerate efforts to reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency, Baettr Xuzhou has taken proactive steps to modernize critical infrastructure and support more sustainable operations.
Completed in 2025, the compressor station upgrade reflects Baettr’s ongoing commitment to responsible manufacturing, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Delivering Measurable Results
The modernization project transformed the site’s compressed-air system through a combination of new technology, intelligent controls, and infrastructure improvements.
Key initiatives included:
- Installation of new variable-speed compressors to optimize energy consumption based on demand.
- Upgrading the compressed-air distribution network to reduce pressure losses.
- Replacing traditional drying technology with more energy-efficient solutions.
- Implementing an intelligent control system that continuously adjusts system performance to production requirements.
As a result, the compressor station achieved an energy efficiency factor of 22.1, exceeding the Grade-1 certification requirement of 20. The upgrades also reduced specific energy consumption by 29%, while improving system reliability and ensuring a stable air supply for production operations.

The certification demonstrates how targeted investments in technology and energy efficiency can deliver tangible environmental and operational benefits.
