Baettr Ostfriesland in Germany has achieved an important safety milestone, reaching 500 days without a Lost-Time Injury (LTI) at the end of June.
The achievement reflects a strong safety culture that has been built through the daily commitment, awareness, and responsibility of employees across the site. Reaching 500 LTI-free days is not the result of chance, but of consistent focus on safe behaviors and looking out for one another every day.
To mark the occasion and thank employees for their contribution, an ice cream truck visited the site on June 25-26, 2026, giving colleagues across both day and night shifts the opportunity to enjoy a well-deserved treat and take a short break together.
The celebration was met with great enthusiasm and served as a reminder that recognition plays an important role in strengthening engagement and reinforcing positive behaviors.
