As part of the ongoing process of bringing Baettr and Silbitz Group closer together, we have decided to move Silbitz Group Torgelow from Silbitz Group to Baettr. Silbitz Group Torgelow will with this move be renamed Baettr Torgelow.
This is a first, practical step in bringing the two organizations together and will allow us to further strengthen cooperation and make better use of our combined capabilities.
For our customers, suppliers, employees and other existing relationships, business and commitments will remain unchanged.
We will continue to build on the experience, capabilities, and strengths of both organizations, with the ambition of creating a stronger company for our customers and employees.
We are excited to continue this journey together.
