In this workshop you will be introduced to how you can practice using of Baettr Behaviours in dialogue with our employees – training and seeing what this requires of us.

Also, you will be reflecting on how else you will bring the behaviours into play when leading your leaders/unit(s) – meetings, projects, team development etc.?
